LOS ANGELES -- A small plane crashed in a residential area in the U.S. state of Minnesota on Saturday, setting a house on fire, said the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration.

SYDNEY -- Two teenagers died after crashing a stolen car into a tree in Melbourne's southeast, police in the Australian state of Victoria said on Sunday.

OSLO -- A German-built rocket launched from Norway's Andoya Spaceport crashed and exploded shortly after liftoff on Sunday.

The Spectrum rocket, developed by German startup Isar Aerospace, lifted off at 12:30 p.m. local time. Around 20 seconds into the flight, it began to tilt before falling back to the ground and exploding. A loud bang was heard during the live broadcast of the event, and video footage showed the nearly 30-meter-tall, 50-ton rocket crashing near the launch pad at Nordmela on the island of Andoya. NEW DELHI -- At least six people, including three women, died and more than a dozen were injured when a landslide struck India's northern hilly state of Himachal Pradesh on Sunday, confirmed a senior local official.

HONG KONG -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 jolted 132 km SE of Pangai, Tonga at 12:18:47 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
