Roth wins men's aerials at FIS World Freestyle Ski Championships

ST. MORITZ, Switzerland, March 30 (Xinhua) -- Switzerland's Noe Roth clinched the men's aerials title at the 2025 FIS World Freestyle Ski Championships on Sunday, delivering a near-perfect final jump to score 143.31 points in the super final.

The reigning champion, who ranked second in Final 1, defended his title with the highest score of the event. He edged American Quinn Dehlinger (123.53 points) and Swiss teammate Pirmin Werner (107.12), who finished second and third, respectively.

In the women's aerials, American Kaila Kuhn dominated Final 2 as the sole athlete to surpass 100 points, securing gold with 105.13. She added to her earlier mixed team aerials victory.

China's Xu Mengtao claimed silver (99.16 points), while Australia's Danielle Scott took bronze. Three Chinese athletes reached the six-woman Final 2: Chen Xuezheng placed fourth, and Shao Qi finished sixth. Enditem
