BEIRUT -- An Israeli airstrike at dawn on Tuesday killed 3 people and injured 7 others in Sfeir area in Beirut's southern suburbs, al-Mayadeen local TV channel reported.

MOSCOW -- Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday that Russia and the United States are continuing talks to resolve the Ukraine conflict, calling it a "complex issue."

HELSINKI -- A volcanic eruption began on Tuesday at southwestern Iceland's Reykjanes Peninsula, announced the Icelandic Meteorological Office.
A magma outflow from the magma corridor began in the Sundhnukur crater area early Tuesday morning, and the volcanic eruption began several hours later. The town of Grindavik in the area was evacuated earlier as an eruption was anticipated. (Iceland-Volcano)

SEOUL -- South Korea's constitutional court will decide whether to impeach President Yoon Suk-yeol on April 4, the court said Tuesday.
