JAKARTA -- The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway (Whoosh) service has transported more than 210,000 passengers during the 2025 Eid al-Fitr holiday period, PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia-China (KCIC), a joint venture consortium between Indonesian and Chinese firms that constructs and runs the HSR, said on Wednesday.

YANGON -- The Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defense Services of Myanmar said on Wednesday that a temporary ceasefire will be in effect from April 2 to April 22.
