VIENTIANE, April 4 (Xinhua) -- Laos and Vietnam have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen their collaboration in technology and innovation, aiming to maximize the potential of their human resources.
According to a report from the Lao Ministry of Technology and Communications on Friday, the agreement aims to launch joint online and offline courses, promote student exchanges, offer training programs, and collaborate on curriculum development.
This partnership aims to equip future generations with the skills needed to navigate a rapidly evolving world shaped by modern technology, preparing them to seize new opportunities. It also marks a significant step in enhancing academic collaboration and developing highly skilled scholars.
