TOKYO -- Three people were in cardiac arrest while three others were conscious after being rescued as a medical helicopter carrying six lost contact in southwestern Japan on Sunday afternoon, local media reported.
At around 2:50 p.m. local time, the Japan Coast Guard was notified that the emergency medical service helicopter heading from Tsushima Airport in Nagasaki prefecture to transport a patient to a hospital in Fukuoka prefecture had gone missing off the east coast of Tsushima, the public broadcaster NHK reported. MANDALAY, Myanmar -- Myanmar's State Administration Council (SAC) Chairman Min Aung Hlaing visited the camp of Chinese rescue teams in Mandalay on Sunday, to express his gratitude to all members of the China Search and Rescue Team, the China International Search and Rescue Team, and a rescue team from China's Hong Kong for their full-force disaster response in Myanmar following the 7.9-magnitude earthquake.

SEOUL -- A helicopter crashed in Daegu, South Korea during efforts to contain a wildfire on Sunday, according to Yonhap News Agency.
