YANGON, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Seven people were killed and three others injured in a traffic accident in eastern Myanmar's Shan state late Tuesday, an official from a rescue organization said.
The accident occurred at around 10:40 p.m. local time on Tuesday when a six-wheeled vehicle plunged into a 500-foot-deep ravine beside the Pyidaungsu road in Kengtung township.
The death included five males and two females, the official from the Tai Nay rescue organization in Kengtung said. Enditem
