ISLAMABAD, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Three policemen were killed and another injured in a terrorist attack in Pakistan's southwestern Balochistan province on Wednesday night, police said.
The incident happened in the provincial capital city of Quetta when unidentified assailants on a motorcycle opened fire at an official vehicle carrying the cops, police sources of the city told Xinhua.
Three policemen died on the spot, while a fourth was critically injured and shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The attackers fled the scene immediately after the assault.
Police cordoned off the area and launched an investigation into the incident.
No group claimed responsibility for the attack. Enditem
