BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has projected Brunei's economic growth at 2.5 percent this year and 2.0 percent in 2026.

COLOMBO -- One person was killed while around 20 others were injured when three vehicles collided with each other in Trincomalee district in Sri Lanka's Eastern Province on Monday, police said.
The accident involved a passenger bus, a lorry and a double cab. The driver of the bus died at the scene, while the injured were transported to nearby regional hospitals for treatment. (Sri Lanka-Road Accident)

SYDNEY -- A team of Australian scientists has discovered 55 new species of wishbone spiders in a major study exploring some of the country's more remote ecosystems, the University of Western Australia said on Monday.
