KABUL, April 15 (Xinhua) -- Two commuters were killed and two others injured as a car veered from the road in northern Afghanistan's Takhar province on Tuesday, a news release from the provincial police office said.
Blaming reckless driving for the deadly mishap, which took place in Khwaja Bahauddin district, the news release added that a woman and a man lost their lives on the spot and two others, including a woman were injured.
A similar mishap had left a commuter dead and injured seven others in eastern Laghman province on Saturday, while a day earlier on Friday, a road accident killed two travelers and injured six others in Ghazni province.
