An exhibition of modern oil paintings by Russian artists is
being showcased at the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall.
The art show includes the masterpieces of 45 painters from the
Eastern European country, including Z. Karifnikov, J. Dalie, R.
Tuman and O. Elemejev.
The organizer hopes the exhibition can help Chinese artists and
the public understand the new trends going on in Russian art, that
have already had a profound influence on some Chinese artists.
The art show will conclude on March 20.
