A Story of Lala's Promotion and its sequels dominated the 2010 Chinese fictional bestseller list after the movie adaptation screened across China last April. Meanwhile, the young authors Han Han and Guo Jingming retained their spots among the best sellers. Here are the top 10 bestsellers of 2010 as compiled by book sales data provider OpenBook.

Lala III: Fighting for Flying (杜拉拉3:我在这战斗的一年里), one of the 'Top 10 fiction bestsellers in China 2010' by China.org.cn.

Fighting for Flying is the second sequel spawned from A Story of Lala's Promotion, a Shanghai-based office intrigue written by Li Ke and published in 2007. In this installment, the heroine Du Lala, having worked her way up from administrative assistant to HR manager in a multinational corporation, encounters frustration in her career but triumphs in the end. The Lala tales are a huge hit with white-collar workers.
