From the south gate of Temple of Heaven, take bus line 120 to Tiananmen Square. Both domestic and foreign tourists flock to this place to admire the birthplace of the People’s Republic of China. On the edges of the square are the Forbidden City, The National Museum of China, Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum and The Great Hall of the People.
