Year 2003, SARS (Severe Acute Respiratary Syndrome) outbreak in China. On April 8, 2003, State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China (SCIO) authorized CIIC to deliver the "Daily SARS Epidemic Situation" exclusively.

"Daily SARS Epidemic Situation" exclusively delivered by CIIC.
