In order to remember these pleasant moments and prepare for the splendid Olympic Games in 2008, the official website of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) invites you to cast your vote for top ten news related to the Olympiad. From December 12, 2005 to January 15, 2006, you may log onto this website and vote. All results will be obtained through the votes from the online community.

In addition to this website, undertakers of the campaign are People's Daily online, Xinhuanet, China Internet Information Center, CRI online, China Daily online, CCTV online, cycnet, China Economic Net, China News.com, CNR.cn, Beijing Portal (Qianlong.com), and SOHU.com.

Starting now, any Internet user who visits the sites aforementioned will find a shortlist of the 20 entries to the campaign and may cast his or her votes for ten favorites. Votes at our website or all other sites through the links provided are eligible.

Prize is set for 10 winners and there will be another 1,000 participants who will be awarded. The prize winners will be the first ten whose votes are identical to the final results.
