A survey covering 2,250 working Chinese women shows that 77
percent of the responders are under heavy pressures from their
career.
Twenty-one percent of the responders complain about the
pressures from income, 41 percent worry about future development
and the other 38 percent feel their environment depressing. The bad
relationship between their bosses and them contribute quite a lot
to the pressures of future development. Sadly, many women know
hardly anything about controlling their temper. In fact, career
pressures might even lead to failed marriage and love affairs.
In the survey, more than 60 percent of the responders also claim
that they need personal spaces, as they are tired of overwork.
Only 10 percent of the responders are satisfied with their
current situation, while 63 percent of them who badly need the
recognition of others often suffer from a sense of failure,
