Founder Technology Group Corp., a subsidiary of Founder Group,
has established a strategic partnership with Dutch Oce to provide
advanced technologies for Oce's printing products, Monday's
China Securities Journal reports.
The Chinese company will take advantage of Oce's worldwide
distribution network to provide key components, such as its
self-developed Routing Information Protocol (RIP) kernel for Oce's
Prisma global system, a major printing software package, and Oce's
CPS900 printer range.
Analysts say the partnership will give Founder the opportunity
to promote its digital printing software system solutions globally
and will strengthen Oce's position in the rapidly growing Chinese
digital printing market.
The two companies started cooperation in 2005 when Founder
Electronics, a wholly owned subsidiary of a publicly listed company
under Founder Group, signed an agency agreement with Oce.
Founder's digital printing business has witnessed significant
expansion over the past few years. The company currently owns more
than 200 EasiPrint stores in China and plans to open more than 800
new stores in the coming five years.
Founder Group, with more than 20,000 employees worldwide, is a
leading provider of advanced information technology, software
products, business solutions, and other value-added services in
China. Its strategic partner Oce, is the No. 1 producer of printing
equipments in Europe and distributes them in more than 80
countries.
