The joint venture between MGM Mirage and Pansy Ho plans to develop its second casino in Macao on a site along the city's Cotai Strip, the South China Morning Post reported.

 

The project may also include a residential area, the Hong Kong-based newspaper said, citing MGM Chief Executive Officer Terrence Lanni.
