Super-girl turned fulltime singer, Li Yuchun, has recently shot an music video for her new song N+1.

The single, first released in April, combines both Chinese and western musical elements. In order to fit in with the style, Li Yuchun had been practicing hip-hop dances and Peking Opera movements before shooting the MV, Sohu.com reports.

"Hip-hop dancing is painstaking and tiring. And nor is Peking Opera something that you can learn in a day or two: you should take it step by step," Li Yuchun said, in response to a question about which of the two she felt to be more difficult.

Li Yuchun's new album, in which N+1 will be included, is expected to be launched in September.
