Over 50,000 tourists from China and abroad have visited the so-called "Dead Sea" of China during the first three days of the week-long National Day holiday.

The Salt Lake is 132 square meters in size and lies in the city of Yuncheng, located in central China's Shanxi Province. It's one of the oldest salt lakes in China.

To welcome the "Golden Week" tourists, the resort has developed many new forms of entertainment, such as black mud wrestling and tug-of-war.
