Meizhou Dongpo has an official seal of approval from the Sichuan government, so it must be doing something right. It’s also one of the few restaurants in Beijing that attempted, with mixed results, to enforce the city’s smoking ban, and for that reason alone deserves your support. And by the way, it also has classy decor and great food.
