Yu Xin 渝信

Everyone who has spent any time at all in China will have eaten indifferent or just plain bad gongbaojiding (宫爆鸡丁), but if you want to taste it the way it's supposed to be, get down to Yu Xin. This popular chain prides itself on serving authentic Sichuan food. Other standards are shuizhuyu (spicy fish stew), dandanmian (担担面, noodles with spicy sauce) and koushuiji (口水鸡, literally, mouth watering chicken).
