Avenue: cinemas, theaters and galleries

The France-China cultural event "Croisements Festival" was first introduced in 2006 and takes place every April, sometimes lasting for more than two months. In Beijing and 20 other cities across China, the festival presents films, shows, stage plays, visual arts and literature through a wide range of activities. Organized by the French Embassy in China and supported by the Ministry of Culture of China, the festival allows hundreds of artists from China and France to collaborate and to share their work with the general public.
