This dish is a local specialty which cannot be found anywhere else in China. It is said to date back hundreds of years. It is a mixture of porcine bowel, lung, pig head meat and bean curd, marinated in meat broth. The food is eaten with a few add-ons such as garlic, spice oil and pickled bean curd. Although its appearance may not be that inviting, it has a rich and pleasant taste. The special food is a favorite with many locals and a must-try for visitors. Xiaochangchen Restaurant is the most famous one for this specialty.
