As one of the city's ancient snacks, ludagun is a roll made of millet flour and soybean flour with red bean or brown sugar fillings. It is a Manchurian snack which was particularly loved by the imperial families of the Qing Dynasty (1644 to 1911 AD). It's also a popular snack among the ordinary people.
