3. Mulan

Hong Kong director Jingle Ma's movie "Mulan" will join in the year-end battle at the box office.

The film stars popular actress Vicky Zhao (Zhao Wei) as female heroine Hua Mulan who pretends to be a man to fulfill her father's duties as a soldier. Jaycee Chan (Chen Kun) stars alongside Zhao, reuniting them again after they starred in "Painted Skin."

"Mulan" is set for release around China on November 27.
