Three senior employees of Hong Kong's Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), including general manager Stephen Chan Chi-wan, were arrested by the local anti-corruption body, according to various reports.

They were allegedly involved in "corrupt practice" relating to a recent major TV show, the China News Services quotes a local source as saying.

A TVB spokesman said the three employees have been relieved from their duties temporarily and TVB will "fully cooperate" with the investigation.

Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) declined to reveal details about the case.
