To commemorate the 65th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, there is a grand exhibition at the National Art Museum of China. On display are more than 80 large-sized works, covering Chinese painting, oil on canvas, engraving and sculpture.
The exhibits are contributions from the collection of museums and other fine art institutes around the country. They were created in the 1930s up to the present day and includes artists such as Tang Yihe, Hua Tianyou and Yang Meiying.
Time: 9 am-5 pm, until Sept 16 except Monday.
