In the evening of May 15, 2011, two Chinese actresses, Fan Bingbing and Li Bingbing, attended the premiere of "The Artist" at the 64th Cannes Film Festival, in Cannes, France.
Many movie fans have been waiting to see the big showcasing moment of the "two Bingbings."
Fan Bingbing looked perfect as always with her Cannes gowns. With a splendid Chinese crane dress that wowed Cannes' opening ceremony, the actress opted to wear a violet Atelier Versace Spring 2011 gown, featuring sensational hand brushed chiffon ruffles.
She teamed her gown with a Versace clutch and Cartier jewel.
Famous foreign fashion website "Red Carpet Fashion Awards" lauded it as the "ONLY gown" and Fan as "the Queen of Cannes 2011 who graced the red carpet wearing it."

Chinese actress Li Bingbing wasn't outshined, wearing a Georges Chakra Spring 2011 Couture gown for the evening premiere.
This adorable dress features standout feather-like cuts in bodice and sparkles plenty by itself.
Li was there to promote her two new movies, "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" and "1911" ("Xinhai Geming"). In a previous interview, the actress revealed her readiness for the upcoming big moments in the spotlight of her own.
Chinese actress Tang Wei and South Korean actress Gianna Jun also showed up for premiere night of "The Artist".
