A press conference has been held to promote the publishing of a book entitled "The Days We Have Together (Wo Men Yi Qi Zou Guo)" on December 12 in Beijing, The book consists of articles written by 91 members of the production team during the making of "The Flowers of War," chinesefilms.cn reports.

Director Zhang Yimou, screenwriter Liu Heng, writer of the original novel Yan Geling, and female lead Ni Ni attended the event along with other cast members. Male lead Christian Bale was also spotted, accompanied by his beautiful wife Sibi Blazic.

All of the film's cast members, as well as Yan Geling, Liu Heng, Christian Bale, Chinese actors Tong Dawei, Huang Haibo and Nie Yuan, Japanese actor Atsuro Watabe, and the film's propmen and costume supervisors have all contributed to the book. Ni Ni, the new "Mou Girl", who portrays the female lead of Yu Mo in the movie, also shares her story of how she finished her first love scene with Christian Bale.
