Is the local art market set to freeze this winter, following the doldrums of autumn's auctions? How does "hot money" impact China's art market? Does the further development of the local market need more governmental support?

Co-organized by Beijing Culture Development Foundation and art portal www.99ys.com, the annual event attracted more than 300 gallery owners, auctioneers, art dealers, market researchers, financiers and policymakers from across the country.
