'Tears in Heaven' to hit screens in Oct.

The production company behind the tearjerker "Tears in Heaven," featuring Lu Yi and Jing Tian, has released new still shots online, Mtimel.com reports.

Young actress Jing Tian, who portrays a new mother in the film, said she considers the project her breakthrough role and prepared for it by reading books and watching films about mothers.

"Tears in Heaven" is adapted from the classic Taiwanese film "My Beloved" (1988). It will be released on October 19.
