Chinese actress Sun Li has been nominated best actress in the 41th International Emmy Awards for her performance in the TV series "Legend of Zhen Huan", sina.com reported on Oct. 8.
Also on the list is Sheridan Smith for her performance in "Mrs Briggs", Lotta Tejle in "30 Degrees" in February, and Fernanda Montenegro from "Sweet Mother". The result of the Best Performance by an Actress will be announced in the awards gala in New York on Nov. 25.
The International Emmy Awards are presented to the best television programs produced and initially aired outside the U.S. by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
Chinese actress He Lin won the 33th International Emmy best actress in 2005.
