The trailer for the film "Sweetheart Chocolate" starring Lin Chi-ling from Taiwan and Japanese actors Hiroyuki Ikeuchi and Yusuke Fukuchi has recently been released.
At the beginning of the trailer an important clue to the plot of the film is revealed through the symbol of the "chocolate", with Lin Yue (played by Lin Chi-ling) telling Muchang (played by Hiroyuki Ikeuchi) that she has prepared a special chocolate for him. A picture of the three main characters made of chocolate further hints to audiences that a love triangle may develop.
Of course things are not that simple, as the trailer goes on to show some heart-stirring scenes, like Lin Yue's life being saved. At the end of the trailer, Lin Yue says to herself, with tears in her eyes, that she has been helped to find the taste she was looking for.
What's the relationship between the three? And why is chocolate mentioned so many times in the trailer? Is it a love story with a happy ending? All of these questions and more will be answered when the film hits screens on November the 8th, 2013.
