Famous Chinese actor detained for whoring

Huang Haibo, a renowned Chinese TV actor, was detained yesterday for visiting prostitutes, Beijing Times reports.

According to Beijing police, they arrested Huang and a young lady in a hotel at 8 p.m. yesterday evening. After he was taken to a detention center, Huang confessed everything.

Huang will be held in administrative detention for five to 15 days, in accordance with Chinese law.

Huang, born in 1976, is currently one of the most famous TV actors in China. His TV series "We Get Married" in 2013 and "A Beautiful Daughter-in-Law Era" in 2010 became hits across the country.
