British film director Christopher Nolan's new film, "Interstellar," has released the first long trailer with Chinese subtitles on Saturday, May 17th.

The film stars Oscar Award winning actor Matthew McConaughey, actress Anne Hathaway, along with Jessica Chastain, Bill Irwin and British actor Michael Caine.

The film's screenplay was written by Nolan and his brother, Jonathan.

It tells a story of some explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in space travel.

The score for the film is composed by German film composer and music producer Hans Zimmer, whose representative works include composing the scores for Academy Awards winning films like "Rain Man" and "Driving Miss Daisy."

"Interstellar" hits American screens in November of this year and will possibly be introduced to China.
