Soldiers from the three countries are to fly to the starting point of the survival training via an Australian CH-47 Chinook. 10 soldiers from the Australian Army, 10 from China's People' s Liberation Army (PLA), five from the US Army and five from the U.S. Marine Corps take part in the first joint military exercise staged in Australia from October 7 to 25, 2014.
