It's been announced Taiwan actress Annie Yi's directorial debut, "The Queens," is slated for release on April 16th.

"The Queens" is a romance based on a novel of the same name.
The film tells the story of three cosmopolitan women, an actress, a PR specialist and a gallery manager, who are all wrestling with the ups and downs of their romantic lives.
The film stars South Korean actress Song Hye-kyo, Taiwan actress Joe Chen and mainland actress Vivian Wu.
Annie Yi, on top of being an actress, director and singer, is also a former judge on China's Got Talent.
