Senior officials from China and the United States will hold a new round of dialogue on strategic and economic issues in Beijing next week, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said Tuesday.
Chinese President Hu Jintao's special representatives, Vice Premier Wang Qishan and State Councilor Dai Bingguo, will co-chair the meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama's special representatives, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner.
"The two sides will exchange views in-depth on a broad range of strategic, long-term and global issues that concern the development of the two countries," spokesman Ma Zhaoxu said at a regular briefing.
