Gold price opens flat in Hong Kong

The gold price in Hong Kong opened the same as Wednesday's close at 16,100 HK dollars per tael on Thursday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.
The price is equivalent to 1,739.34 U.S. dollars a troy ounce at the latest exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.773 HK dollars.
