3. Design 249 Mars rovers?

NASA's Mars rover Curiosity took a 16-minute drive on the red planet on Wednesday, its first cruise on the planet's surface since the probe's "Bradbury Landing" on August 6. To-date the mission has cost $2.5 billion and took two years to achieve. With Apple's $623.5 billion, NASA could design more than 249 Mars rovers and could potentially come to an earlier conclusion about whether the Mars is inhabitable or not.
