"South Korea set a good example by sending young people to study in the U.S. and the UK. As I know, many young Chinese people are also studying film technology abroad, but the number is far from enough. We need a large number of professional film producers, scriptwriters, actors, actresses and directors," said Xu Zheng.

Ye Ning echoed Xu's opinion, saying that China needs a system to cultivate film talents. When filmmakers establish their own value system for films, China's film industry can sustain a healthy development, Ye said.
