More than 30 railway staff from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan attended training on high-speed trains in central China on Tuesday.

The two-day training course in Hubei's capital city Wuhan will lay a foundation for railway projects of the Belt and Road Initiative, according to the organizer.

Wuhan has held similar training sessions before. Last year, about 200 staff from countries such as Thailand and Laos participated in the sessions.
