An official surnamed Wu in Jimusaer County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has been arrested for rape or sexually assault on 61 women from 2004 to 2009, iyaxin.com reported.
Police say Wu first committed rape in 2004 and then became addicted to it. Wu used to mask himself at night and then rape women living in rented houses.
