A captain from the China Southern Airlines (CSA) abused passengers on his micro blog who were driven off the plane on June 9 after she and two others took the seats for air cop, the Legal Daily reports.
"You can't afford to play with the centrally controlled state-own enterprise. How dare a tiny media staff challenge the entire civil aviation industry?" Captain Zeng Ming responded after passenger Wang Ziqi said in her micro blog that she would sue the CSA.
Zeng's inappropriate words have provoked anger among netizens and it was not removed until yesterday afternoon.
