"The local employment services and talent service centers should register the majors and interests of jobless college graduates, offer relative jobs for the graduates who are willing to work and keep track of students' information after they accept the jobs," said Xin Changxing, Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Ministry, at the "2012 Graduate Employment Service Month" launch ceremony in Kunming, the provincial capital of the China's southwestern province of Yunnan.

"The employment support policies should be fully implemented with entrepreneurial incentives, social security benefits for micro-enterprising, vocational training subsidies, living allowances for internships and job and social security subsidies for people experiencing employment difficulties," said Xin.

The "2012 National Graduate E-recruiting Service Week" will be held on the third week of August to provide recruitment service information across the country through the China Job Bank.

The graduates this year reached 6.8 million, a record high.

A special large-scale job fair in Yunnan was held after the launch ceremony, including 120 enterprises with 2,500 jobs and 832 trainee positions.
