More than 400,000 people sat China's national judicial examination on Saturday and Sunday, according to the Ministry of Justice.

There were 256 examination districts around the country, with 13,000 exam sites for this round of examinations, China's 11th.

The ministry will publish the test questions at 8 a.m. on Sept. 24, and release the answers for reference at 8 p.m. on Sept. 27. Anyone who has different opinions on the answers can make suggestions through the ministry's website before midnight of Oct. 2.

The national judicial examination is the professional qualification for lawyers, judges, prosecutors and other related careers. It is one of the most exacting national tests in China, with pass rates often falling under 20 percent.
