The white paper "Diaoyu Dao, an Inherent Territory of China"

China on Monday published a compilation of government white papers issued by the Information Office of the State Council last year.

The five white papers, in both Chinese and English versions, are titled "Situation and Policies of China's Rare Earth Industry," "Diaoyu Dao, an Inherent Territory of China, " "Judicial Reform in China," "China's Energy Policy 2012" and "Medical and Health Services in China."

The white papers introduced China's policies, stances, principles and latest progress on rare earth, the Diaoyu Islands, judicial reform, energy and public health.
