Henan bus murder suspect arrested

The man suspected of killing three people and injuring 12 in Anyang, central China's Henan Province, has already been caught by the police on Tuesday, August 20, 2013.

The Anyang municipal public security bureau has released the image of the suspect on Monday afternoon.

The murder suspect attempted to rob a bus with a knife at about 3 p. m. on Monday.

Of the 33 passengers on the bus, 15 were attacked, according to the Anyang municipal public security bureau.

Two people died on the way to hospital, one died later, and 12 are receiving treatment at local hospitals, according to the bureau.

The three victims are two boys aged eighteen and ten, and a 10-month-old baby girl. The oldest seriously injured person is 67 years old.

The bus was heading to Beiguo Township, Anyang County from the city of Anyang.

More than 400 policemen are on the hunt for the robber, who fled after the attack.

Right now the police is confirming the DNA data of the suspect.
