In June 2013, Liu and four partners raised funds and opened an organic farm specializing in providing free-range chicken and free-range eggs in Fengxin County in east China's Jiangxi Province. What was special about this farm was that there were CCTV cameras installed in the chicken coops and throughout the farm.

This allows consumers to observe real-time how the chickens are fed and nurtured. The live video feeds can be accessed with a smart-phone or any tablet device.

This novel concept has attracted many health conscious consumers.

According to Liu, the most fulfilling part of his start-up is that it gives him a chance to try out new ideas and he says he has no regrets despite having gone through many hardships.
